Welcome to pjsky. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pjsky ("pjsky," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pjsky website, mobile platform, online casino, sportsbook, bingo rooms, slots, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Platform") available at pjsky.net.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind on pjsky, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pjsky Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply to particular offers on pjsky. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotional terms for a specific offer, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

To register and use a pjsky account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming regulations for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity or acting on behalf of another person without explicit written authorization.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing pjsky from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or affiliate of pjsky or any of its partner companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pjsky or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pjsky or any Philippine gaming regulatory body.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information to circumvent these requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action under Philippine law.

To access the full range of pjsky services, you are required to create a personal account. The following rules govern account registration:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active pjsky account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of other persons' identities — is strictly prohibited. pjsky reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and active contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. pjsky shall not be liable for any issues arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under applicable Philippine regulations, pjsky may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Source of funds documentation where applicable
• Selfie or live verification for identity confirmation

Until KYC verification is complete, pjsky reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain Platform features. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Currency

All pjsky accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions conducted in other currencies will be converted at rates determined by pjsky at the time of the transaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pjsky login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. pjsky will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred, you must notify pjsky immediately by contacting our support team. pjsky will investigate all reported security incidents but cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.1 Deposits

pjsky accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits are generally credited to your pjsky account instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment provider. pjsky is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or system maintenance windows.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. pjsky processes verified GCash and PayMaya withdrawals in under five minutes as a standard service level. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your pjsky account dashboard. pjsky reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal of significant size, at its sole discretion.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pjsky complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Any suspicious transaction patterns, including large or unusual deposits and withdrawals, may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. pjsky reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending AML investigation.

pjsky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Filipino players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods are clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• pjsky reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in to a promotion will continue to be governed by the terms that applied at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose and on the eligible games specified in the promotional terms.
• pjsky reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse any promotion.

All games available on pjsky are governed by their respective rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

7.1 Game Fairness

pjsky partners exclusively with certified game providers whose random number generator (RNG) systems are independently audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. All outcomes on pjsky — including slot spins, card deals, roulette results, and dice rolls — are determined by certified RNG systems and are provably fair.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game, pjsky reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. pjsky's decision regarding the handling of malfunctions is final.

7.3 Sportsbook Rules

Sports betting markets on pjsky — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events — are governed by pjsky's sportsbook rules, which are published separately. In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), pjsky reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pjsky and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances, with potential referral to Philippine law enforcement agencies:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate Platform functionality
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market
• Match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation, including sharing insider information about the outcome of an event
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software — any such discovery must be reported to pjsky support immediately
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment providers relating to legitimate pjsky transactions
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion restrictions, or bonus eligibility rules
• Providing false identity information or using stolen payment credentials
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pjsky staff or other players through any communication channel

pjsky is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Filipino players. We firmly believe that gambling should be an entertaining activity — not a means of generating income or escaping personal difficulties.

pjsky provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for an extended period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pjsky Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the pjsky Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pjsky or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pjsky
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any pjsky content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform
• Use any pjsky trademark, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization

Any unauthorized use of pjsky intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pjsky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or account information
• Damages arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity failures
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform

pjsky's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your pjsky account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pjsky reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or provision of false information
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity
• Request by Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age)

You may close your pjsky account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements.

In cases where account termination arises from a breach of these Terms, pjsky reserves the right to withhold all balances, including real-money deposits, where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pjsky Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may contact pjsky's support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

pjsky reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the pjsky Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
